GUNITING OR SHOT CONCRETE (OR SHOTCRETE)
An intimate mixture of cement, sand (or fine aggregate) and water is forced or ejected through a cement – gun and shot into place by means of compressed air. The usual equipment consists of compressor, spray nozzle and flexible house pipe. At the end of the hose there is a nozzle to which water under pressure, by a separate connection, is added to form slurry. Uniformly graded, thoroughly mixed dry materials with low water/ cement ratio are charged into the gun and shot under pressure by compressed air. Slightly moist sand works better. The usual proportions of cement and fine aggregate are 1:3 or 1:4.

POURED CONCRETE
A designed concrete mix of M – 200 (1:1½: 3) is mixed by mechanical mixes and placed on to wall and floor area. The concrete is compacted into mechanical vibrators. Waterproofing agents of approved quality is added during the concreting as per manufacture instruction.

i. EXCAVATION |
Will be carried out according to the requirements of finalized Jacuzzi drawing |

ii. MASONARY STRUCTURE |
The structure including all seats will be of masonary work the masonary structure will be erected on R.C.C. of thickness 150 mm. |

iii. EQUIPMENT IN THE STRUCTURE |
All necessary equipment that goes into the structure will be installed e.g. jets. Side drain, etc. |

iv. WATER PROOFING |
The structure will be plastered with a waterproof mortar. |

v. TILING |
The structure will be tile claded using 1"X1" shon blue tiles. |

vi. EQUIPMENT USED IN THE JACCUZZI |
- HYDROTHERAPY JETS
The jet is made of brass (crome plated) or HOP it has swivel type nozzle to deflect the direction of low and a built-in air suction venturi, which increases the water blast.
- AIR CONTRUL VALVE
This valve is placed on the edge of the Jacuzzi, is necessity to control air suction, which regulates the water blast on the body.
- SIDE DRAIN
This is made of PVC, which has a non-vertex, grating of S.S. through which water is sucked by the pump.
- HAIR AND LINT
Is made of FRP with a transparent cover to enable easy inspection it traps all un dissolvable particles in the water. It protects the pump.
- PUMP
The pump will be of 3Hp centrifugal mono block type.
- PLUMBING
The plumbing materials will be of PVC of a minimum pressure of 10 kg/cm2. The valves will be of PVC ball type.
